Hi Marissa, I am also a Long Haul Covid sufferer. I too had it in 2019, in December, in England. I'm pretty sure I caught it on the flight over. I wrote a bit about it. I also have migraines and lately I have been getting what they call 'ocular migraines', prisms that grow in my eye and then march out the edges of my vision. Blazing headaches then appear and the accompanying brain miasma. I hadn't suffered from the prism auras ever before and the headaches had pretty much disappeared until Covid (yes, thank you Covid). I also had skin rashes that had never appeared before and a cough that took my body in its teeth and rattled my brain. I see you, too. There are a lot of us out here, the 'lucky' ones who had it, survived and have 'only' continued to experience strange symptoms and body reactions to this long-haul bug. It's like chicken-pox I think, living in the nerve endings, blood vessels, wherever and attacking when you're down, exhausted or immune deprived. I wish there were studies to confirm this but I don't need them to know that we must take care of ourselves and support the others as much as we can. But most importantly encourage everyone to get vaccinated ALL the times recommended!
